At Bodega Aranleón, where all our wines are organic, we see organic viticulture as an integral part of a sustainable agricultural production system and as a viable alternative to a more traditional approach to viticulture while guaranteeing quality wines to consumers.

Once the grape harvest is over, each wine from 2017 finishes several oenological processes: malolactic fermentations, oak barrel transfers to finish ageing, or filtered and clarified for our youngest wines.

Sólo white 2017, blend of Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc, the image of our iconic snail, has already been bottled and distributed to several of our customers, reflecting its freshness and frankness in several tables.  Thus, while the 2017 vintage is in full evolutionary process, Sólo red 2016 and Él Árbol 2016 are already waiting to be uncorked, having finished their aging process in barrels for 11 and 13 months respectively, resting in the bottle at the end of their evolution. At the same time, Blés Crianza 2015 and Blés Roble 2016, backed by the emblem flower of Aranleón, Chrisantemus Blés, are ready to be enjoyed by the final consumer.

Our ultimate goal at Bodega Aranleón is organic wines bottled and ready to be enjoyed all over the world, from Valencia to Canada and USA, passing through Asia and northern Europe or Russia, so we put the finishing touches to many months of work, in the field and in the winery. We hope that our wines will be present at many tables, thus being part of the experiences and lives of our consumers, closing the life cycle of wine: being poured into a glass.
