There is something special in the air during grape harvest in Bodega Aranleón, it is the most exciting time of the year. We must ensure our organics vineyards carefully grown under sustainable practices are in optimal condition for being picked. As harvest only comes around once a year, we have just one opportunity with each vintage to make the best possible organic wines.

Our first grapes for white wines were picked on late August, Macabeo and Verdejo white grapes have been harvested yet thus they are turning into wine. There is no other smell like the scent of fermentation in the air of Bodega Aranleón, grapes are changing into our final results.

Some varieties, like Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon have come in, while our indigenous grape Bobal is the last local grape harvested due to they do not ripen at exactly the same time. Consequently, most of our vines are denuded of their precious bunches of grapes welcoming the autumn. We expect exceptional quality due to timely vineyard work and weather, therefore we are delighted to invite you to enjoy our next Aranleón vintage 2017.
